We support Windows (x64 and ARM64) and macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel). (Windows works slightly better.) Phone side should work in any modern browser, including iPhone Safari and Android Chrome.
Browsers and computers flag any new app from a developer without a paid certificate. You can always do a virus scan if you wish, but it's just how new indie apps get treated.

Cursor movement leans on your network. High ping, distance from the router, or a busy Wi-Fi can cause stutters.
Hit Reconnect device in the desktop app and it usually clears up. Taps, swipes, scrubs, and the keypad stay snappy either way.
It usually does! But some public networks (cafes, hotels, airports) block devices from talking to each other through their guest portal logins. Zwish needs your phone and PC to reach each other directly, so it can fail there.
Your phone's hotspot or USB tethering is the easy backup. Both devices on the same hotspot and it'll work.
Certainly! Export your whole setup as a file from the Profiles page. Import on updated versions or another machine and everything carries over.
Just replace your old .exe or .app file with the new one. Keep the config folder next to it (Windows), open the .app package contents to find the config folder (Mac), or export your configuration and import using a fresh version.
Yes! If we have a lot of users we'll keep shipping new builds. We've already got a long list planned: multiple profiles, more keypad keys, app-specific modes, color themes, full macros, native phone apps with Bluetooth, even possible cloud sync.
